Lead and mentor a global team of Application Analysts supporting enterprise and client-facing application platforms. Own monitoring and timely resolution of incidents, problems, and service requests within SLAs, while driving continuous improvement through automation and AI-enabled observability. Act as escalation point for major incidents, perform root cause analysis, maintain runbooks and knowledge bases, and partner with Engineering and DevOps to support deployments and production stability across remote and hybrid teams.

•Lead, mentor, and manage a global team of Application Analysts supporting enterprise and client-facing systems.
•Ensure monitoring, support, and resolution of application incidents, problems, and service requests in line with SLAs.
•Drive continuous improvement by implementing automation to reduce manual effort and improve response times.
•Identify trends, lead root cause analysis, and ensure long-term remediation actions are implemented.
•Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Product to support deployments, releases, and production stability.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
•5+ years’ experience in Application Support / Production Support in enterprise environments.
•3+ years’ experience in people management or team leadership.
•Strong experience supporting enterprise applications across multi-tier architectures and integrations.
•Proven experience managing incidents, problem management, and service delivery processes; strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
