Relationship Banker / Senior Relationship Banker - Brookstone Village

Provide industry-leading client service in person and by phone while building and expanding relationships. Use consultative conversations to identify client needs, offer deposit and credit solutions, and support sales targets. Handle or coordinate more complex requests with internal specialists, including advising on consumer lending and taking loan applications. Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank leadership routines, cross-train for teller duties as needed, and maintain compliance with controls and risk policies.
