Key Responsibilities

  • •Development and characterization of robust solutions to R&D needs in collaboration with development engineering groups
  • •Ownership of photo processes on ASML i-line steppers and high-topography exposure systems for MEMS silicon-based technologies; sustain high-volume manufacturing and develop new processes/materials
  • •Yield, quality and cost improvements to existing unit processes in collaboration with maintenance and operations teams
  • •Collaborate with Equipment Engineering and R&D to progress opportunities and deliver business value across internal and external teams
  • •Experimental design and data analysis to support line sustaining, process development and improvements, with clear communication of results

Key Requirements

  • •BS in EE, ME, ChE, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry with 8+ years of related experience OR MS in same fields with 6+ years OR PhD with 3+ years of related experience
  • •Expertise in photolithography with ASML equipment (PAS5500) and i-line steppers; experience with TEL_ACT8, WLP, TSVs and thick resist processing desirable
  • •Strong SPC and data analysis skills (JMP, Minitab, Spotfire, Excel/Access) and experience with FDC, CE, Lean preferred
  • •Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
  • •Ability to work in a dynamic environment, show strong ownership, troubleshooting skills, and cross-functional collaboration
