Own end-to-end global mobility case delivery within a centralized shared services model. Manage complex, non-standard, and high-risk relocation and global immigration assignments while ensuring compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. Coordinate with People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and vendors to resolve cases, maintain accurate documentation, and use data and reporting to identify trends, risks, and process improvements.
