Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as functional owner and subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Payroll, Absence Management, and Core HR production support.
  • •Provide day-to-day functional support for Oracle Cloud HCM applications, resolving incidents and service requests within SLAs.
  • •Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues impacting payroll processing and HR operations.
  • •Support weekly and semi-monthly payroll cycles by identifying and fixing system, configuration, and process-related issues.
  • •Conduct root cause analysis, recommend corrective actions, and support minor enhancements/configuration changes with testing and deployment activities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 93,979 - 145,090 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years implementing and/or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, including Oracle Cloud Payroll (U.S. Payroll required), Absence Management, and Core HR.
  • •Experience supporting Oracle Cloud HCM applications in a production support or AMS environment.
  • •Experience supporting weekly and semi-monthly payroll processes/schedules.
  • •Proven ability to troubleshoot complex payroll and HR system issues and understand end-to-end HCM processes/data flows.
  • •Ability to perform configuration analysis and support minor functional enhancements, with strong client-facing communication and problem-solving skills.
