Job Summary

Keep the venue safe, clean, and show-ready by disinfecting and maintaining guest and back-of-house areas, restocking supplies, and ensuring workspaces stay orderly. After each show, help close the venue by collecting recyclables and storing event equipment. Support maintenance needs including simple machinist tasks, mechanical/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting and repair, and preventive maintenance on machines and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain venue safety and cleanliness by disinfecting fixtures and restrooms, keeping guest-facing areas free of trash, and restocking supplies.
•Keep work areas neat and orderly and assist with other cleaning duties as assigned.
•Participate in the venue’s sustainability program, including recycling/waste sorting and educating fans about efforts.
•Partner with team members after shows to close the venue, including collecting recyclables and properly storing event equipment.
•Perform maintenance tasks such as machinist duties, troubleshooting and repair of production machines, and preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and plant facilities.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or equivalent education and production maintenance experience.
•Highly motivated and able to work independently.
•Ability to perform physical work including constant walking, climbing stairs, and lifting/carrying 50+ lbs (occasional sitting).
•Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders.
•Ability to diagnose issues, replace or repair parts, and perform tests and adjustments.
