Manage key accounts and optimize hotel revenue across assigned markets, while prospecting new clients and expanding market share. Represent the property at trade shows and support annual sales planning and forecasting to meet revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage key accounts on an assigned base or geographic area to maximize revenue and increase market share versus competitors.
•Prospect for new accounts and develop opportunities in assigned markets.
•Cover all segments of assigned geographic markets, including European markets when required.
•Conduct site inspections and ensure timely contracting from the client base.
•Attend trade shows, sales blitzes, and workshops; assist in defining and executing annual sales action plans and budget forecasts.

Key Requirements

•1) Proven experience in key account management with a track record of revenue maximization and increasing market share.
•2) Proven ability to prospect and develop new accounts in assigned markets.
•3) Experience across multiple geographical markets, including European markets.
•4) Strong contracting skills (SMART contracting) and ability to contribute to annual rate negotiations and budgeting.
•5) Ability to attend trade shows, sales blitzes, workshops, and to assist in defining and executing an annual sales action plan.
