Key Responsibilities

  • •Support portfolio performance reviews by assessing operational metrics and delivering actionable insights to senior executives and clients.
  • •Own strategic projects for the Private Equity Practice, including keeping PE firm portfolio information up to date through reporting and data analysis.
  • •Conduct market research on top PE firms, including fund cycle, investment approach, sector focus, digital transformation strategy, and value creation approach.
  • •Support PE due diligence processes and help develop growth strategies for carve outs and new acquisitions.
  • •Maintain strategic PE partner relationships and help execute go-to-market plans with clear success metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •1–3+ years of working experience, ideally with exposure to private equity/credit, venture capital, consulting, strategy, enterprise software, AI, or digital transformation.
  • •Experience working internationally with international clients and/or international teams.
  • •Exceptional communication, strategic influencing, and consulting skills.
  • •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel; basic knowledge of Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau is a plus.
  • •A track record of growing in complex, multi-disciplinary teams with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
