Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage execution of key store operational functions including shipment, receiving, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain strategic product presentation by driving product recovery, restock/destock, and visual merchandising changes per directive with partnership from the Visual Manager.
  • •Plan and execute visual floor changes with management using payroll management and adapting zones/visual support to business needs and expectations.
  • •Partner with Operations and Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Lead by example on guest experience and visual standards; coach and guide associates, support recruitment and development, and help coordinate cross-functional training, including opening and closing to visual standards.
