Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the transition from deal close to production, with end-to-end accountability for delivered solutions.
  • •Define enterprise customer setups with Fireblocks, including API integrations, security architecture, and architecture documentation.
  • •Steer complex integrations across core banking, custody, tokenisation, and Travel Rule through to production.
  • •Codify reusable reference architectures, integration patterns, and playbooks to scale delivery across AMER.
  • •Serve as the bridge between Sales, Product, R&D, and customers, including support for strategic pre-sales cycles with technical discovery and solution design.

Salary: USD 205,000 - 268,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or above) in Computer Science or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • •Proven experience delivering post-sale implementations in complex enterprise or financial services environments.
  • •Experience with blockchain, cryptography, or Web3 technologies, or with banks/financial institutions/enterprise financial systems (blockchain/crypto/Web3 or financial systems required).
  • •Software development experience with a hands-on technical mindset.
  • •Deep understanding of IT security, proven cloud experience, and strong enterprise architecture knowledge.
