Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for Juniper Square’s largest, most strategic customers, transforming investment data so they can successfully adopt the platform long term. Guide executive stakeholders through complex scope and timelines, interpret fund structures and legal agreements, and lead data migration, mapping, and optimization. Drive process and AI-enabled workflow improvements, mentor other onboarding managers, and serve as the senior escalation point for the most challenging engagements.

•Independently own communication with senior/executive customer stakeholders and lead scope/timeline negotiations.
•Review, analyze, interpret, and transform complex financial datasets for import into the platform.
•Advise strategic customers on optimal data structures for onboarding and long-term platform performance, including complex integrations.
•Serve as the senior escalation point for the most complex/highest-risk onboarding engagements and resolve issues with customer leadership.
•Lead systemic improvements across process, tooling, and AI-supported workflows; mentor other onboarding managers and build reusable onboarding playbooks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 124,000 - 155,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years leveraging complex financial data (investment banking, management consulting, private markets operations, or related).
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Proven ability independently owning executive-level customer relationships and scope negotiations for enterprise/global accounts with complex regulatory or structural requirements.
•Experience designing and deploying AI workflows across multiple tools or data sources with measurable outcomes.
•Strong data-quality risk management, plus experience with Microsoft Excel and complex dataset manipulation.
