Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner closely with Design teams to transform creative concepts into innovative, commercially viable products while preserving design intent.
  • •Build and manage vendor relationships to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives using technical expertise.
  • •Manage the product development critical path from concept through to pre-production, identifying risks early and driving solutions.
  • •Deliver prototypes and samples on time within cost parameters and to required quality standards.
  • •Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to ensure products meet relevant testing, functionality, and performance requirements; maintain product information in PLM systems and support production readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong product development experience and understanding of garment construction, manufacturing processes, and craftsmanship.
  • •Ability to collaborate with Design teams, interpreting creative concepts and translating them into successful products.
  • •Experience managing vendor partnerships and working across global supply networks.
  • •Strong critical path management skills to prioritize, identify risks early, and deliver to key deadlines.
  • •Commercially aware approach, with understanding of product cost and margin considerations during development.
