Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership to a Program Controls team within a large, complex water program with multi-billion-dollar capital improvements.
  • •Develop and maintain the capital improvement plan budget and schedule, including cost management of the PMO.
  • •Direct forecasting and reporting of cost and schedule performance (including EAC costs and hours), using progress and expenditure data.
  • •Set up and manage program control systems such as work breakdown structure, capturing to-date progress and managing reporting for the client.
  • •Lead technology adoption and continuously improve program controls delivery processes; conduct stage-gate reviews, root cause analyses, and issue resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
