Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate partnership agreement tax aspects and manage clients’ IRC 704b accounts.
  • •Oversee multiple client service teams and lead tax projects, including tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise and budgeting.
  • •Research and consult on partnership tax matters, primarily Sub-chapter K partnership taxation, using tax-related software.
  • •Respond to IRS and other tax authority inquiries and maintain client communication to meet deadlines and manage expectations.
  • •Attract, mentor, and develop staff; assess performance; and lead business development activities such as proposals and pursuits.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 197,800 - 247,250 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
  • •CPA required.
  • •Minimum ten years of progressive tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or a combination of industry and public accounting experience.
  • •Strong proficiency in US GAAP, partnership returns, joint venture and non-corporate entity tax returns, and understanding of Sub-chapter K partnership taxation.
  • •Experience with partnership structuring, entity formation, and mergers & acquisitions is preferred.
