Human Resources Generalist

Serve as the primary HR partner for employees and operations leaders in a manufacturing environment. Advise on employee relations, coaching, conduct, and corrective action; investigate and resolve workplace concerns; and maintain accurate HR records and compliance. Lead full-cycle recruiting for production and skilled trade roles, support onboarding/offboarding and employee engagement activities, and partner with Environmental Health & Safety to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
