Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine building maintenance including assembling furniture, minor repairs, and replacing flooring/ceiling tiles and carpeting.
  • •Assist janitorial and hospitality requests (moving furniture/equipment, disposing of garbage, and event set-up/tear-down).
  • •Inspect and repair interior/exterior areas including walls, floors, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting.
  • •Open, track, and resolve electronic work tickets in SpaceX systems and adhere to health and safety guidelines.
  • •Support facilities with cleanup, landscaping, pest control, light demolition/basic construction, and oversee repairs/services and related projects.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience installing modular furniture systems, corporate/commercial furniture, major moves, or repair work.
  • •Ability to understand and follow specific instructions and procedures.
  • •Ability to operate equipment such as a forklift, scissor lift, pallet jack, boom lift, work truck, and overhead crane.
  • •Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
