Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machinery (mechanical/electrical/PLC controlled) and perform preventative maintenance.
  • •Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment such as voltmeters, ohmmeters, and megohmmeters.
  • •Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment and work from wiring diagrams and schematic drawings for motor controls and related systems.
  • •Complete work orders and maintain maintenance log books while working independently and on schedule.
  • •Perform all duties while maintaining high-quality work and following Environment, Health & Safety requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Licensed journeyman electrician in the state of Massachusetts.
  • •Experience running EMT and rigid conduit, including threading and bending EMT from 1/2" to 2" (kicks, saddles, 90’s, offsets, etc.).
  • •Experience repairing, installing, replacing, and testing electrical circuits and equipment with an understanding of electrical networking and control systems.
  • •Knowledge of troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, including AC motor controls, DC motors and controls, and variable frequency drives.
  • •5 years of industrial or manufacturing related work experience; computer skills in Word, Excel, and email.
