Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the architecture and technology choices for Python-based projects, ensuring performance and scalable design across backend and frontend layers (Django, Flask, FastAPI; Angular/React/Vue.js)
  • •Coach and mentor development teams, promoting best practices and upskilling engineers
  • •Ensure code quality and deliverables by defining standards, conducting code reviews, and enforcing development processes
  • •Drive modernization of legacy applications by proposing and integrating new technologies
  • •Design and develop backend Python and frontend components, and implement robust CI/CD pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI tools

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of experience in Python development with a prior lead role
  • •Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as Django, FastAPI or Flask

  • •Strong relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases knowledge
