Safely handle and move lumber products to ensure they meet customer requirements and company expectations. Stack, band, bundle, and secure materials to predetermined sizes, apply labels and tags, and verify correct quantities before materials leave the work area. Maintain accurate tag inventory, record production on production sheets, keep a clean and organized workspace, and support other areas by loading and unloading carts while participating in safety and CI programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely move and secure lumber products and other materials according to instructions.
•Stack finished products to predetermined bundle sizes and/or customer requirements.
•Label and tag materials based on type, size, and count specifications.
•Use a staple gun and troubleshoot equipment, then band, bundle, and secure materials.
•Maintain accurate tag inventory and record production on production sheets while keeping the work area clean and organized.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/GED preferred but not required.
•No minimum experience required; manufacturing or lumber experience is preferred.
•Working knowledge of basic math preferred.
•Must be at least 18 years of age.
