Key Responsibilities

•Regulatory and Analytical Platform Administration: Manage and administer the Finance Regulatory and Reporting Analytical platform, ensuring its reliability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
•Data Management and Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models with multiple subject areas to support advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
•Requirement Gathering and Documentation: Engage with business users to gather requirements, document functional and technical specifications, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
•Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Oversight: Manage all stages of the software development lifecycle, from planning and development to testing, deployment, and post-production support, adhering to stringent enterprise-level change management processes.
•Testing and Deployment: Facilitate and manage SIT and UAT phases to ensure smooth project implementation and delivery.

Key Requirements

•8 to 10 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting within finance/banking, with deep understanding of regulatory processes.
•Proficiency in PL/SQL and T-SQL, including performance tuning of functions and procedures.
•Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter 10.x or SSIS.
•Advanced Power BI skills; familiarity with cloud services and cloud migration is advantageous.
•Experience with data modeling and tools like ERWIN or equivalent for complex data models.
