Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead maintenance and reliability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing equipment to improve throughput, profitability, stability, reliability, and safety.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical issues and conduct root-cause investigations, ensuring findings are completed and closed as required.
  • •Lead or participate in reliability improvement teams to identify, prioritize, and resolve maintenance/reliability/production issues.
  • •Support maintenance budget development and capital/spending plans, and provide technical specifications for new design and inspection/repair of mechanical equipment.
  • •Develop and maintain site systems and procedures to implement corporate engineering and operational excellence standards, and mentor engineers, specialists, and technicians.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Technology.
  • •Minimum seven years of manufacturing industry experience.

  • •Excellent leadership, ethics, teamwork, and communication skills with a results-oriented commitment.
  • •Strong computer skills, including AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
