  • •Lead the IPT to identify, manage, and close technical risks/issues with action plans, measurable progress, and closure within agreed timelines.
  • •Prepare and guide technical and program reviews by setting milestones, validating technical content, and ensuring deliverables meet program standards.
  • •Manage IPT budgets and schedules by monitoring performance vs. baselines, addressing variances, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
  • •Support sustaining fielded engines via deficiency investigations/enhancements and provide support for validation engine builds and engine test activities within scheduled windows.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years’ experience OR an advanced degree with 5+ years’ experience.
  • •U.S. citizenship is required for access authorization under the program/contract.
  • •Ability to identify, manage, and close key technical risks and issues with defined action plans and measurable progress.
  • •Ability to guide technical and program reviews with clear preparation milestones and validation of technical content.
  • •Knowledge of project management toolsets such as EVMS, task baselining, risk-based decision-making, and SAP (and related tools).
