Job Summary

Lead the Rotors Integrated Product Team for the F135 HPC Base program, driving component-level planning, technical risk management, and on-time delivery of program requirements. Coordinate and prepare technical/program reviews, manage budgets and schedules against baselines, and represent the IPT in customer and senior leadership communications. Provide sustaining field support for deficiency investigations and assist with validation engine builds and test activities, ensuring safe, accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities

•Own component IPT (CIPT) task planning, ensuring timely communication, proactive risk management, and consistent execution of program requirements.
•Lead the IPT to identify, manage, and close technical risks/issues with action plans, measurable progress, and closure within agreed timelines.
•Prepare and guide technical and program reviews by setting milestones, validating technical content, and ensuring deliverables meet program standards.
•Manage IPT budgets and schedules by monitoring performance vs. baselines, addressing variances, and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
•Support sustaining fielded engines via deficiency investigations/enhancements and provide support for validation engine builds and engine test activities within scheduled windows.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 8+ years’ experience OR an advanced degree with 5+ years’ experience.
•U.S. citizenship is required for access authorization under the program/contract.
•Ability to identify, manage, and close key technical risks and issues with defined action plans and measurable progress.
•Ability to guide technical and program reviews with clear preparation milestones and validation of technical content.
•Knowledge of project management toolsets such as EVMS, task baselining, risk-based decision-making, and SAP (and related tools).
