Key Responsibilities

•Protect customer privacy and security by managing NSF/OD and fee retention conversations and mitigating risk through FCB policies and procedures.
•Follow operational requirements including proper cash handling, teller differences, dual control guidelines, and adherence to audit guidelines.
•Oversee internal controls through teamwork to manage internal control activities.
•Grow and deepen consumer relationships by managing an assigned customer base, using onboarding/outbound calling, and generating appointments weekly.
•Own end-to-end customer problem resolution while championing the Customer Service Promise and following the 'One to say YES, two to say NO' rule.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent.
•3+ years of relevant experience in a client-centric sales environment with a proven record of exceeding goals and delivering client service while meeting operational expectations.
•Excellent communication skills, strong listening, solutions-based sales skills, and exceptional relationship-building ability.
•Technologically savvy with tools such as Microsoft Office, internet/mobile technology, and bank systems.
•Must register and maintain current registration with the National Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
