Key Responsibilities

  • •Color-match paint, mix paint, and airbrush vehicles for cosmetic reconditioning.
  • •Use state-of-the-art tools in Carvana Inspection Centers.
  • •Work the 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Thu, 5:00pm to 6:00am) with possible weekday/Saturday overtime.
  • •Complete mandatory overtime when needed to meet vehicle delivery commitments.
  • •Support Carvana’s goal of delivering great vehicles to customers when expected.

  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and follow safety equipment requirements.
