Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end strategy, development, and performance for the core platform experience.
  • •Conduct customer research and analyze product performance to identify and prioritize high-impact improvements.
  • •Create PRDs and low- and high-fidelity mockups, partnering with engineering and design to deliver features through launch.
  • •Develop deep expertise across scheduling, estimating, job management, invoicing, and payments workflows.
  • •Act as subject matter expert for enablement and continuous improvements, supporting Sales and Customer Success.
