Job Summary

Provide on-site, mission-critical technical and operational support for customer IT and Radio systems within Motorola Solutions’ International Services team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across web, mobile, and middleware technology stacks to troubleshoot complex issues, manage incidents and performance, and ensure service delivery against SLAs and maintenance agreement deliverables. Lead customer-facing activities including meetings, reporting, and advisory throughout the Maintenance Agreement lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business and technical challenges across web, mobile, and middleware stacks.
•Deliver high-quality technical and operational support for mission-critical IT and Radio systems, meeting service levels and operational KPIs.
•Maintain system performance and availability using incident and performance management processes.
•Ensure adherence to SLAs by coordinating with Field Services Engineers and Technical Support Operations.
•Manage maintenance agreement deliverables, resource calendar, and coordinate with the Local Service Delivery Manager (SDM), including customer meetings and reporting.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•Engineering or Sciences degree OR 4+ years of experience as a System Manager or in Field Service with expertise in areas such as Broadband PTT, Wired/Wireless Communication Systems, IT Systems, or networking equipment.
•Legal authorization to work in the specified country indefinitely is required; employer work permit sponsorship is not available.
•Background in Network/IT, Broadband PTT, or Customer Service.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
•Excellent command of verbal and written English and Arabic.
