Job Summary

Transport ready mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers by operating ready mix trucks safely and efficiently. Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections, maintain vehicle mileage logs, monitor gauges, and follow DOT and dispatch instructions. Load/unload materials, complete minor servicing and maintenance, and keep the vehicle clean and compliant. Work across industrial and residential areas while adhering to company safety procedures and attendance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Transport ready mix concrete to construction projects, company facilities, and customers.
•Perform daily pre/post-trip inspections and maintain required documentation per DOT guidelines.
•Load and unload materials and monitor vehicle gauges during operation.
•Maintain daily vehicle mileage logs and obey dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
•Perform minor servicing/maintenance, keep the vehicle clean, and maintain regular, predictable attendance.

Key Requirements

•Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
•2+ years of experience driving mixer trucks preferred.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a CDL A or CDL B license.
•Pass DOT physical, drug screen, and criminal background check; maintain a valid DOT medical card.
•Strict adherence to safety requirements and OSHA/MSHA compliance, including PPE use.
