Building Automation Systems (BAS) Controls Technician (Union)

Install, commission, program, and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems (BAS) for commercial customer sites across New York City and surrounding boroughs. Work with Honeywell and Tridium Niagara platforms, configure front-end graphics and point maps, interpret sequences of operation, and commission HVAC control systems. Collaborate with internal teams and customers to deliver reliable building management solutions that improve efficiency, comfort, energy performance, and system reliability.
