Key Responsibilities

•Lead, mentor, and coach a team of DevOps engineers, setting technical direction for DevOps initiatives.
•Architect, build, and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
•Drive Infrastructure as Code adoption to provision and manage Azure resources using Terraform and/or ARM templates.
•Implement DevSecOps practices across CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure, including security testing, vulnerability scanning, and compliance checks.
•Collaborate with software development, QA, and IT operations, and provide advanced troubleshooting for complex infrastructure and CI/CD issues.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or a similar role.
•2+ years of experience in a technical lead or senior-level capacity, providing technical direction and mentorship.
•Hands-on experience with Azure services including Azure Virtual Machines, AKS, App Services, Functions, and Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, plus API management.
•Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
•Extensive CI/CD experience with strong preference for Azure DevOps Pipelines and/or GitHub Actions.
