Job Summary

Own organization-level learning needs analysis and continually evaluate development initiatives to improve effectiveness and alignment with the company’s strategic vision. Conduct efficiency gap analysis to identify training needs, build annual operational training plans, and deliver programs that support restaurant brand standards. Measure impact through post-training assessments, maintain and update training materials and manuals, and supervise onboarding end to end for new hires across Raya Restaurants.

•Identify employee training needs and prepare the annual operational training plan for restaurants.

•Conduct post-training assessments to improve training quality and maximize operational performance impact.
•Update training materials and manuals, supervise course implementation, and lead onboarding end to end for new hires.
