Job Summary

Support project scheduling activities across multiple projects, creating and maintaining schedules in Primavera P6 and ensuring accurate schedule reporting through data integrity checks and audits. Analyze project trends, assess impacts of baseline changes and forecasts, and develop recovery plans for schedule slippages. Maintain WBS and resource budgets, collaborate with project and construction teams to gather progress data, and produce weekly/monthly reporting and document control support.

Key Responsibilities

•Create and update project schedules in Primavera P6 based on the scheduling tool used on the project.
•Perform data integrity checks and auditing to ensure accuracy of schedule reporting.
•Analyze project trends across the project lifecycle and report areas requiring improvement or doing well.
•Assess and report impacts of changes to the baseline plan and forecasted dates, including recovery plans for schedule slippages.
•Maintain WBS and resource budgets in P6, compile and submit weekly/monthly reports, and support document control processes as needed.

Key Requirements

•More than five (5) years of experience in scheduling supporting the construction industry.
•University degree/diploma in Engineering or Business Administration, or a combination of education and industry experience.
•Expert in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
•Proficiency in Advanced Excel, power BI, and Microsoft Project.
•Ability to multi-task and manage time, organize work, and prioritize across several projects or tasks.
