Job Summary

Serve as a trusted Personal Banker and problem solver for clients and local businesses, engaging in deeper conversations in-branch and via proactive calling to uncover needs. Recommend tailored financial wellness solutions, open and service consumer and small business accounts and lending products, and help clients achieve their goals. Meet individual activity and sales expectations, partner with branch and line-of-business teams, maintain compliance and documentation, and support branch operations including Teller assistance.

Key Responsibilities

•Engage clients in person and over the phone to identify financial wellness opportunities and deliver customized recommendations.
•Open and manage consumer and business accounts and related products, including deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
•Consistently meet individual activity and sales outcome goals using lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts.
•Partner with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire clients and deepen relationships through internal and external centers of influence.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including appropriate documentation of client interactions, and assist with Teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required).
•Minimum 1 year experience building customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and developing referral sources (sales experience is more important than financial services).
•Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Working knowledge of consumer PC tools (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web browsing).
