Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and drive SWR for device performance improvement proactively.
  • •Determine “sweet spot” process conditions balancing process integration and device performance.
  • •Support early detection, root-cause isolation, and corrective/preventive actions for process deviations.
  • •Proceed PCRB using appropriate data summaries.
  • •Collaborate with PI module, area, and cross-site teams (including PE/GQ/design/TD) to decide HVM device process conditions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Science (Material/Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical/Physics, etc.) or equivalent experience.
  • •Fundamental knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing.
  • •Basic data analysis/statistics knowledge.
  • •Strong collaboration and communication skills in a cross-functional environment.
