Job Summary

Lead QA-focused delivery on complex technical projects by managing multiple workstreams and ensuring engineering investigations, optimization, and documentation are completed to maximize efficiency and technical excellence. Oversee and direct technical teams onsite, resolve technical design and construction issues, and maintain a safe work environment aligned with HSE policy. Ensure quality of deliverables, manage budgets and staff, and coordinate with statutory authorities and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Support implementation of technical strategy and operational goals across product development, quality, cost, and delivery to drive technical excellence.
•Identify and resolve technical design and construction problems while maximizing efficiency.
•Maintain a safe working environment and apply the company Health and Safety policy.
•Manage the technical team onsite by setting directions, strategy, and daily/weekly/monthly work plans.
•Ensure quality of deliverables within staff budget and contribute to key project strategic decisions.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 8 years working experience, including 5 years in a relevant supervisory position.
•2 years GCC experience is a plus.
•Prepare detailed method statements and apply advanced engineering principles, techniques, and policies/procedures.
•Organize and oversee preparation of technical drawings and ensure delivery quality.
•ERP experience, preferably SAP functional skills, is required.
