Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues across wireline tractor and mechanical tools.
  • •Operate, maintain, and optimize rotation and mechanical equipment to deliver safe, efficient field service.
  • •Execute field operations in accordance with Baker procedures, industry standards, and customer expectations, including equipment readiness and job package/job planner completion.
  • •Coordinate district-level activities with Operations and Sales, collect/validate customer information, and complete job documentation to maintain equipment standards.
  • •Provide mentorship and hands-on guidance to develop other Field Specialists and junior personnel while upholding HSE, quality, and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Have an Engineering degree or Technical Diploma.
  • •Have 3+ years of directly related wireline tractor and/or mechanical intervention experience (preferable).
  • •Hold a valid CDL Class A Driver’s License with a clean driving record (towing trailer experience highly preferred).
  • •Be able to travel flexibly to other U.S. districts when dispatched during your work hitch.
  • •Proficient with basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internal reporting tools) and have strong verbal and written English communication skills.
