Job Summary

Lead Windchill integration projects by designing, implementing, and supporting integrations between PTC Windchill PLM and ERP/MES/QMS/CAD systems. Drive REST/OData, Info*Engine, and Windchill API-based integrations, manage event-based and batch workflows, and oversee go-live deployments with cross-functional teams.

Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and support Windchill integrations with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Infor, JDE), MES / downstream manufacturing systems, and external applications via middleware.
•Develop and configure integrations using REST / OData services, Info*Engine & Windchill APIs, and ESI.
•Support both event-based and batch integrations and manage lifecycle-driven publishing and change-based triggers.
•Define object-level mappings for Parts, BOMs, Documents, Change Notices / Promotion Requests, MPMLink objects as applicable.
•Handle transformation and validation of inbound/outbound payloads and support SIT/UAT/production deployments and post go-live hypercare.

Key Requirements

•Design, implement, and support Windchill integrations between Windchill PLM and enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, QMS, CAD, and middleware platforms.
•Develop and configure integrations using REST / OData services, Info*Engine & Windchill APIs, ESI (Enterprise Systems Integration).
