Job Summary

Lead growth across the USSOCOM enterprise by translating SOF operator engagement into funded programs. Identify and qualify opportunities early, shape requirements, and drive capture strategies across DoD acquisition pathways and rapid fielding efforts. Own deals from initial engagement through award, execute product demonstrations and assessments, maintain CRM pipeline discipline, and build trusted relationships across USSOCOM, TSOCs, acquisition organizations, laboratories, and strategic partners.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify, qualify, and capture opportunities across USSOCOM, TSOCs, component commands, PEOs, program managers, laboratories, and rapid acquisition organizations.
•Develop and execute account and capture strategies that convert operational interest into funded programs.
•Maintain a healthy opportunity pipeline using proactive customer engagement, budget analysis, operational awareness, and competitive intelligence; identify emerging requirements before solicitations.
•Own opportunities from initial customer engagement through contract award, including product demonstrations, operational assessments, and customer evaluations.
•Build trusted stakeholder relationships and represent the company at SOF Week and other events; translate operator feedback into actionable recommendations and provide executive-level pipeline reporting.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience supporting U.S. Special Operations Forces through operational leadership, acquisition, business development, or program management.
•Demonstrated success identifying, shaping, and capturing defense opportunities within USSOCOM.
•Extensive, active network across the Special Operations community with existing relationships across operators, acquisition professionals, laboratories, and industry partners.
•Working knowledge of autonomous systems, UAS, C-UAS, robotics, AI, sensing technologies, electronic warfare, or related defense capabilities.
•Proven ability navigating DoD acquisition pathways (OTAs, SBIRs, BAAs, CRADAs, IDIQs, and rapid acquisition authorities) and developing capture strategies for multi-stakeholder opportunities.
