Job Summary

Join a fast-moving Business Operations - Data & Analytics team to design, implement, and own the analytics tracking infrastructure from ground up. Build scalable GA4/GTM solutions, data layers, and server-side tagging; create dashboards in Looker Studio connected to GA4/BigQuery; collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and product to translate needs into measurable insights, with AI-assisted workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and maintain a scalable GA4 and GTM infrastructure, including data layer architecture, custom event schemas, and tag governance for web and app properties
•Develop and manage GTM containers for web and app properties, ensuring accurate, reliable, and well-documented tracking across all digital surfaces
•Build and maintain server-side GTM (sGTM) configurations to improve data quality, performance, and privacy compliance
•Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, and product teams to translate business measurement needs into technical tracking specifications, including 3rd party tags for sales conversion tracking
•Establish and document analytics data standards, naming conventions, and taxonomy frameworks

Key Requirements

•GA4 and Google Tag Manager: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a professional setting
•Design and implement data layers and custom event tracking at scale
•Hands-on experience with server-side GTM (sGTM) including container configuration, deployment, and ongoing management
•Proficiency in JavaScript and/or Python for tag customization, data processing, and automation
•Experience with BigQuery and writing SQL queries for analytics use cases
