Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate daily maintenance department resource orchestration to maximize equipment readiness and utilization.
  • •Schedule maintenance and repairs with facilities supervisors, including plans for scheduled preventive maintenance with minimal operational impact.
  • •Oversee maintenance work order creation and related tracking (material requisitioning, equipment records, operating hours, fuel & fluid usage, and man-hour tracking).
  • •Ensure materials are available with purchasing, maintenance clerks, and warehouse staff to complete repairs on open maintenance actions.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of administrative experience in a heavy equipment environment; 5-7 years in lieu of degree.
  • •Previous supervisory experience.

  • •Proficiency in MS Office applications (including Outlook), with typing and 10-key competency; strong accuracy and attention to detail.
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.
