Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify, solicit, develop, service, retain, and grow long-term profitable Senior Care relationships across assigned regions and national markets.
  • •Leverage the Truist Sales Process and Leadership Institute to deliver a differentiated client experience with clients, prospects, and COIs.
  • •Develop and execute a marketing plan to win and expand relationships, driving portfolio revenue growth and new production revenue.
  • •Contribute to credit decisioning through financial statement analysis, credit structuring, underwriting requirements, and risk identification/mitigation.
  • •Champion non-credit financial services in the Senior Care segment by engaging other lines of business and delivering appropriate solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training.
  • •15+ years of experience in corporate, commercial or investment banking, including relevant Senior Care industry experience.

  • •Highly proficient in corporate finance, Capital Markets, Treasury, and non-credit services.
