Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver vehicles straight to customers’ doors using custom car haulers.
  • •Frequently load/unload vehicles and inspect the car-hauler to ensure vehicles are safe to drive.
  • •Complete customer paperwork and enter thorough notes in the customer tracking system.
  • •Drive safely and maintain a clean driving record per Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy.
  • •Work the 11am–9pm shift with availability to work 7 days a week and rotating days off.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 2 years of customer-facing experience.
  • •Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including detailing vehicles and loading/unloading haulers, in indoor and outdoor conditions.
  • •Ability to walk/stand and sustain physical activity for extended periods (8+ hours).
  • •Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
  • •Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
