Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects across business and technology teams.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders and technology leaders to define scope, priorities, and delivery plans.
  • •Drive Agile delivery practices including sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
  • •Manage project schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • •Maintain project governance (project plans, RAID logs, status reports, executive reporting) and provide end-to-end delivery accountability.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, IT Project Management, or technology delivery.
  • •Experience managing complex technology projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams (5+ years).
  • •Hands-on Agile experience (4+ years) with Scrum and/or SAFe, including delivery ceremonies and release planning.
  • •Experience managing project scope, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables (4+ years).
  • •Experience using Jira and/or Azure DevOps/Confluence (3+ years).
