Represent the Coach brand across key German department store locations, with a primary base at Galeria Kaufhof Frankfurt. Spend most of your time on the shop floor, deliver high retail customer service, drive clienteling and in-store events, and help achieve KPIs. Key Responsibilities

•Represent the Coach brand in Germany across department store locations, primarily at Galeria Kaufhof Frankfurt.
•Deliver high service standards using Coach selling and service training tools and resources.
•Contribute to clienteling and in-store events, and help increase customer engagement and drive sales.
•Monitor and analyse store performance against targets to ensure KPIs are achieved and create action plans for performance gaps.
•Execute visual merchandising guidelines, manage deliveries and stock replenishment, and complete trade reports while keeping stakeholders updated.
