Job Summary

Partner with infrastructure and enterprise technology teams to plan and deliver committed work using agile and flow-based practices. Key Responsibilities

•Facilitate agile delivery practices (sprint planning, standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, dependency reviews) and guide Kanban flow discussions as needed.
•Help teams plan, sequence, and deliver committed work while maintaining visibility into operational demand and unplanned work.
•Remove blockers, escalate impediments appropriately, manage risks, identify critical paths, and spot edge cases to support best business outcomes.
•Translate complex infrastructure delivery status into clear updates for technical teams, business partners, and senior leaders using data, dates, risks, dependencies, and facts.
•Continuously improve team flow and delivery predictability using Jira/Confluence/Airtable workflows, backlog hygiene, intake routines, working agreements, and lightweight metrics.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (relevant experience may substitute).
•At least 3 years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or similar IT/enterprise roles.
•Experience supporting infrastructure, platform, operations, cloud, networking, security, endpoint, service management, or enterprise technology teams.
•Strong working knowledge of Scrum and Kanban, Lean, agile planning, backlog/dependency management, retrospectives, team metrics, and continuous improvement.
•Practical experience with Jira, Confluence, and project/portfolio management tools; strong facilitation and executive-style communication (e.g., schedules, RAID logs, decision records).
