Key Responsibilities

•Identify and develop new business opportunities and drive growth for the Small Business card portfolios.
•Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Teams, Marketing, Loyalty, Finance, Pricing & Interchange, Franchise, Legal, and Customer Delivery, as well as external partners, to support product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
•Provide deep sales expertise to partners and power their growth, including strategy development and revenue target attainment.
•Monitor competitive products and industry trends and recommend strategic adjustments to Mastercard’s Small Business cards portfolio.
•Lead communication of new products, services, platforms, and enhancements to internal stakeholders and external partners; champion digital enablement (digital-first solutions, contactless, tokenization).

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of work experience; basic qualification.
•Strong market development and management skills with ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
•Relevant industry experience in payments, cards, financial services, fintech, or startup environment preferred.
•Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and collaborate cross-functionally.
•Strong research, analytical and technical skills; able to gather insights from data to drive decisions.
