Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day delivery and performance of assigned projects, contracts, suppliers, and work packages to achieve objectives safely, efficiently, and within timescales.
  • •Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineers and technical specialists to deliver project tasks to required quality, cost, and schedule.
  • •Allocate and manage work activities, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • •Provide engineering leadership within a defined discipline or specialist area, supporting development and delivery of technical solutions and engineering activities.
  • •Support team development through coaching, training, feedback, and performance management, and apply technical expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 60,000

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing project risks, costs, budgets, schedules, quality, resource utilisation, and stakeholder relationships to deliver projects effectively.
  • •Strong project coordination and planning skills to oversee delivery to agreed timescales.
  • •Analytical mindset to interpret financial and programme performance data.
  • •Understanding of project management governance and lifecycle management processes.
  • •CEng (or equivalent) or working towards Chartership is desirable, with the ability to collaborate across multifunctional teams in a complex environment.
