Logistics Specialist

Manage transportation execution and on-site control board operations for inbound and outbound shipments across assigned lanes or modes. Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, and internal teams to handle bookings, gate issues, special requests, and exceptions. Ensure carrier compliance and on-time pickups/deliveries, track in-transit shipments with ETAs, and escalate delays. Maintain transportation master data and support carrier performance reporting, including coaching logistics coordinators.
