Key Responsibilities

  • •Own nighttime site management for construction projects, including safety implementation and enforcement for all personnel and contractors.
  • •Maintain control over high hazard operations at night and develop strategies to minimize health and safety hazards from environmental factors.
  • •Manage site logistics including nighttime deliveries, offloading, inventory, storage, and staging of materials, and enforce safe movement across the site and laydown yard.
  • •Coordinate and resolve field conflicts between contractors and internal partners, maintain nightly logs, and provide daily handoff to the day shift superintendent.
  • •Provide overnight quality control inspections (including tests/verification work) and oversee third-party testing overnight as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •5+ years of experience in the construction industry.
  • •2+ years of experience leading the coordination of multiple trades on site.
  • •Ability to work extended hours and/or weekends as necessary to meet business needs.
  • •Valid driver’s license.
