Job Summary

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and rectification on QantasLink’s Dash 8 and customer aircraft, ensuring safety, quality, and OHS compliance. Carry out servicing and maintenance in line with certification systems and aircraft maintenance procedures, and follow the Procedures Manual and manufacturer requirements. This role operates on a rotating “4 on-4 off” shift pattern in Brisbane and other locations, supporting development with on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver quality and reliable scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and rectification services.
•Ensure all maintenance is performed to the highest safety and quality standards while adhering to OHS and safety compliance.
•Carry out maintenance tasks according to the system of certification and relevant aircraft manufacturer maintenance manuals.
•Perform rectification, servicing, and maintenance of the QantasLink fleet and equipment.
•Allocate and execute tasks in accordance with the Procedures Manual and manufacturer requirements.

Key Requirements

•Hold a current CASA LAME qualification and have experience in Heavy/Line Maintenance as an AME or LAME.

•Demonstrate leadership capabilities to supervise, coach, and motivate teams.
•Excellent time management skills with the ability to implement and manage change.
•Strong understanding of Qantas maintenance procedures and quality requirements, with commitment to quality and safety.
