Account Operations Outside Specialist II (Manheim)

Serve as the primary client liaison for Cox Automotive’s account operations, handling complex accounts, coordinating with auction teams, and guiding clients through vehicle reconditioning processes. You’ll resolve issues, ensure accurate condition reporting, upsell Cox/Manheim services, and collaborate across departments to meet SLAs while maintaining strong customer relationships.
